Ross and his team are qualified carpenters with over 50 years of industry experience. Ross Dickson – Director/Builder
Ross grew up in Edinburgh, and after finishing high school he began his carpentry apprenticeship. Quickly establishing himself as the top apprentice within the company, his natural talent and keen eye for detail led him to manage projects before completing his training. He took the opportunity to observe and understand the various trades involved, gaining a deep appreciation for the finer details of each. In 2000, Ross emigrated to Australia with his wife, and after working on various job sites for a short time, he soon recognised a significant gap in the market for a building company that delivered high quality workmanship with sincere customer service. This insight prompted him to start his own building company in 2001.
With extensive experience and a commitment to perfecting his craft, Ross is dedicated to understanding his clients’ vision and exceeding their expectations. He places a strong emphasis on clear communication and mutual respect, consistently achieving results that go beyond clients’ expectations. As a hands-on builder, Ross is involved from the very beginning and on a daily basis, overseeing and guiding his team and staying closely connected with clients to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
He makes sure that all staff members and subcontractors are highly skilled in their areas of expertise, embracing the company’s core values and demonstrating a strong dedication to the quality of their work.
Karen Dickson – Office Manager
Karen, Ross’s wife, has managed the office since 2001. She oversees daily operations, including accounting, contract management, supply chain coordination, and client communication. Always accessible and full of valuable information, Karen plays an essential role in keeping the office running smoothly.
